Where is my order?

Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days.


You will receive your DHL tracking number in the shipping confirmation email. Please remember to check your spam folder, as sometimes emails can end up there.


Occasionally, delivery drivers may leave your package with a neighbor without leaving a notification. If you're expecting a delivery, it's always a good idea to check with your neighbors as well.


If you have not received your order within 1–3 weeks, please contact us at service@evertz-pharma.com. We'll be happy to assist you.

Are there any product samples available?

To reduce unnecessary packaging and shipping, we do not offer product samples. However, you can easily order our products from our online shop and try them yourself. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free money-back guarantee.

What happens if I didn't accept the package?

If you were unable to accept the package and it is returned to us, the purchase amount will be automatically refunded. To receive the goods, you would need to place a new order.


Where is the invoice? Where can I find the invoice or the correct bank information?

When choosing purchase on account, you will receive an email from Klarna with the correct bank details and your personal payment reference number. Please make sure to include this reference when making your bank transfer.


Important: You will usually receive the invoice 2–3 business days after placing your order. If you haven't received an email from Klarna within 3 business days, please check your spam or junk folder.

What if I used the wrong bank details?

What happens if I accidentally transferred the money directly to Evertz Pharma GmbH?

If you accidentally transferred the payment to our company account instead of Klarna, the amount will be automatically refunded to you. You will then need to make the payment again — this time to Klarna, using the correct bank details and payment reference.


What if I entered the wrong payment reference?

If you used the wrong payment reference for your bank transfer, Klarna will not be able to match the payment to your order. In this case, the money will be automatically refunded to you. You would then need to repeat the transfer with the correct reference.

Money-back guarantee: How does it work and where do I have to send the goods?

Please note: Returns are only possible for purchases made through our online shop — not for items bought in a pharmacy.


To return your product, please send it back with prepaid postage within the return period to the address below. Be sure to include a note with your name, address, and order number inside the package. This helps us clearly identify your return.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.


Why do I have to return an empty package to get a refund?

Our internal procedures require a physical return receipt at our warehouse to process any refund. Even if the package is empty, a return is necessary for documentation and inventory purposes.


When does the return period start?

The return period begins on the day you receive the goods.


Why is there no return shipping label included?

We are happy to cover the delivery costs to you. However, we kindly ask you to cover the return shipping costs. Offering free returns would require us to raise our product prices, which we want to avoid in order to keep our pricing fair.
